Check-in ran on pre-issued QR codes, bringing entry time down to under 12 seconds per guest.

The central stage was built against an 18-metre LED wall with two side screens, guaranteeing sightlines from every corner of the room.

We also produced a custom gifting set in the event identity and delivered a full photo and video report within 72 hours of close.
