The forum ran over two consecutive days at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre, built around a 32-metre main stage with a curved 4K LED backdrop.

Our team delivered the full in-hall visual identity, multi-zone audio, three-language simultaneous interpretation and a four-camera live stream pushed to three digital platforms.

Technical rehearsals were locked 36 hours before doors opened, and day one ran within two minutes of the approved run-of-show.
